Çocuğunuzun profili ve oyun geçmişi yalnızca telefonun kendisinde saklanır; bize gönderilmez.
Reklam göstermeyiz ve reklam kimliği kullanmayız.

2. Sizden veya çocuğunuzdan ne topluyoruz
Hiçbir şey. Uygulama bize şunları göndermez:
ad, soyad veya takma ad
e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, posta adresi
doğum tarihi (profildeki doğum ayı ve yılı yalnızca telefonda tutulur; bkz. 4. bölüm)
fotoğraf, ses kaydı, video
konum
kişi listesi
reklam kimliği (AAID/IDFA) veya cihaz donanım kimlikleri (IMEI, MAC, seri numarası vb.)
Uygulamada hesap kavramı yoktur. Giriş ekranı yoktur, parola yoktur.
Bu istekler kimlik taşımaz. İstekle birlikte kimlik başlığı, çerez veya kullanıcıyı tanıtan herhangi bir bilgi gönderilmez; istekler yalnızca “şu içeriği ver” biçimindedir. Sunucumuz, hangi çocuğun hangi içeriği açtığını bilemez.
Sunucumuzda kişiye bağlanan hiçbir kayıt yoktur — ne kullanıcı, ne profil, ne oyun geçmişi. Orada yalnızca oyunların içeriği bulunur.
4. Telefonda neler saklanıyor
Uygulamanın işleyebilmesi için bazı bilgiler telefonun kendi hafızasında tutulur:
Çocuk profili: seçilen karakter, çocuğun doğum ayı ve yılı (ya da yalnızca “6 yaş ve üstü” seçimi; oyunların zorluğunu yaşa göre ayarlamak için), oyun ayarları ve oyun içi ilerleme (örneğin Şekil oyununda kazanılan şekiller). Profilde çocuğun adı istenmez ve saklanmaz; doğum günü de sorulmaz.
Oyun geçmişi: hangi oyunun ne zaman oynandığı, ne kadar sürdüğü, tamamlanıp tamamlanmadığı ve oyun içi birkaç sayı (örneğin kaç hamle yapıldığı). Bunlar ebeveyn bölümündeki gelişim ekranını besler. Serbest metin ya da kişisel bir tanımlayıcı içermez.
Ebeveyn ayarları: oyun zorlukları ve tercihler.
Uygulamanın kendi ürettiği rastgele bir numara. Bu bir reklam kimliği değildir, cihazın donanımıyla ilgisi yoktur ve profilleri birbirinden ayırmak için uygulamanın içinde kullanılır.
İndirilen oyun içeriği: sunucumuzdan gelen resimler, sesler ve oyun listeleri, oyunlar internetsiz de açılabilsin diye telefonda saklanır. Bu içerik herkese aynıdır; çocuğunuz hakkında hiçbir bilgi içermez.
Bu bilgiler telefondan dışarı çıkmaz. Bize gönderilmez; ayrıca uygulama, bunların işletim sisteminin bulut yedeğine veya cihazdan cihaza aktarıma dahil edilmesini de kapatır.
Bunun bir sonucu var ve açıkça söylüyoruz: telefonu değiştirirseniz ya da uygulamayı kaldırırsanız oyun geçmişi geri gelmez. Profil yeniden kurulabilir; kaybolan şey geçmiştir.
5. Ne kadar süre saklanıyor
Oyun geçmişi telefonda en fazla 12 ay tutulur. Uygulama her açılışında 12 aydan eski kayıtları otomatik olarak siler. Bu süre için ayrıca bir işlem yapmanız gerekmez.
Profil ve ayarlar, siz silene ya da uygulamayı kaldırana kadar telefonda kalır. İndirilen oyun içeriği de uygulama kaldırılınca telefondan silinir.
6. Reklam ve üçüncü taraflar
Uygulamada reklam yoktur.
Reklam kimliği kullanılmaz ve uygulama bu izni istemez.
Analitik, çökme raporlama veya pazarlama amaçlı üçüncü taraf yazılım kullanılmaz.
Uygulama açıldığında ya da kullanıldığında bizim sunucumuz dışında hiçbir adrese bağlanmaz. Kullanılan yazı tipi uygulamanın içinde gelir. Oyun içeriği (resimler, sesler) yalnızca bizim sunucumuzdan indirilir; yazı tipi servisi, içerik dağıtım ağı gibi başka hiçbir adresten bir şey indirilmez.
7. Sunucu tarafındaki teknik kayıtlar
İçerik sunucumuz, her web sunucusunda olduğu gibi teknik erişim kaydı tutar (hangi dosyanın ne zaman istendiği gibi). Bu kayıtlarda:
IP adresi maskelenir. Adresin sizi işaret eden son bölümü kaydedilmeden önce sıfırlanır.
Kayıtlar en fazla 15 gün tutulur, sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
Bu kayıtlar hiçbir profile, çocuğa veya oyun geçmişine bağlanamaz — çünkü sunucuda böyle bir kayıt zaten yoktur.
Tek istisna: teknik bir arıza anında sunucu yazılımının hata kaydı IP adresini tam olarak yazabilir. Bu kaydın biçimi sunucu yazılımı tarafından sabittir ve tarafımızdan değiştirilemez; kayıtlar yalnızca arızayı gidermek için kullanılır ve aynı sürenin sonunda silinir.
8. Çocuklara yönelik bir uygulama olarak
Hoyki Toyki okul öncesi ve ilkokul çağındaki çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır.
Çocuklardan kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz; bu yüzden ebeveynden bir veri toplama rızası da istemiyoruz. Ebeveyn bölümü çocuğun yanlışlıkla girmesini önlemek için basit bir ebeveyn kapısının arkasındadır. Bu kapı bir rıza mekanizması değildir; yalnızca ayarların ve dışarı açılan bağlantıların çocuk tarafından kazara açılmasını engelleyen bir sürtünmedir.
Uygulama içinde çocukların birbiriyle mesajlaşabileceği, içerik paylaşabileceği veya başka kullanıcılarla iletişim kurabileceği hiçbir özellik yoktur.
9. Verilerin silinmesi ve haklarınız
Çocuğunuza ait veriler telefonun içinde olduğu için silme işlemi tamamen sizin elinizdedir:
Bir profili silmek, o profile ait oyun geçmişini de siler. Son kalan profili de silebilirsiniz; bu durumda cihazda hiç profil kalmaz ve uygulama karşılama ekranından yeniden başlar. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da telefonda saklanan her şeyi siler.
Uygulamayı kaldırmak, uygulamanın telefonda sakladığı her şeyi siler. Bu veriler işletim sisteminin bulut yedeğine alınmadığı için yeniden kurulumda geri gelmez.
Sunucumuzda size veya çocuğunuza ait bir kayıt bulunmadığından, bize gönderilecek bir silme, erişim veya düzeltme talebi de yoktur. Yine de bir sorunuz olursa info@iykivar.com adresinden bize yazabilirsiniz.
10. Verilerin bulunduğu yer
İçerik sunucumuz Finlandiya’da (Avrupa Birliği içinde) barındırılır. Oradan yalnızca oyun içeriği gelir; oraya kişisel veri gitmez.
11. Bu politika değişirse
Bu politikayı güncellersek, sayfanın üstündeki “son güncelleme” tarihini değiştiririz. Uygulamanın veri davranışını etkileyen bir değişiklik olursa (örneğin ileride herhangi bir ölçüm eklenirse), bunu uygulama içinde de duyururuz ve geçmişe dönük olarak uygulamayız — yeni davranış yalnızca duyurulduğu andan itibaren geçerli olur.
12. Bu web sitesi (hoykitoyki.com)
Bu bölüm uygulamayı değil, şu an okuduğunuz web sitesini anlatır. Uygulama için yukarıda yazılanların hepsi aynen geçerlidir; uygulamada bu sayım yoktur.
Site çerez kullanmaz ve tarayıcınıza sizi tanıtan hiçbir şey yazmaz. Yazı tipi, resim, ses ve betiklerin hepsi kendi sunucumuzdan gelir; site hiçbir üçüncü tarafa bağlanmaz. Reklam, sosyal medya eklentisi ya da dışarıdan bir ölçüm aracı yoktur.
Sitenin hangi bölümlerinin ilgi gördüğünü anlamak için isimsiz sayım yaparız. Ana sayfa, kendi sunucumuza yalnızca şu türden kısa notlar gönderir: “bir ziyaret başladı”, “Nasıl düşünüyoruz bölümü göründü”, “lamba sahnesi oynandı”, “bölümlerde şu kadar saniye kalındı”. Ziyaret notuyla birlikte yalnızca üç kaba bilgi gider: ekranın türü (telefon, tablet ya da bilgisayar), ziyaretin nereden geldiğinin türü (arama motoru, sosyal medya, doğrudan ya da başka bir site; gelinen sayfanın adresi değil) ve tarayıcının dili (Türkçe, İngilizce ya da diğer).
Bu notlar IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgisi ya da herhangi bir kimlik olmadan ayrı bir kayda yazılır ve birbirine bağlanmaz: aynı ziyaretin iki notunu birleştiren hiçbir bilgi yoktur. Kimin geldiğini bilmeyiz; yalnızca hangi bölüme kaç kez bakıldığını toplu olarak sayarız.
Tarayıcınızda “Beni izleme” (Do Not Track) ya da Global Privacy Control açıksa hiç not gönderilmez.
Sayım kayıtları en fazla 12 ay tutulur, sonra otomatik olarak silinir. Sitenin sayfalarını sunan sunucunun teknik erişim kaydı 7. bölümde anlatıldığı gibidir: IP adresi maskelenir, kayıtlar en fazla 15 gün tutulur.

Hoyki Toyki collects no information about your child.
No account is needed. We never ask for a name, an email address, or a phone number.
Your child’s profile and play history stay on the phone itself. They are not sent to us.
There are no ads, and we do not use an advertising identifier.
Apart from our own content server, the app connects to no third party at all.
The sections below explain each of these.
1. Who we are
This app is developed and published by İykivar Grup Reklam Pazarlama ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.

2. What we collect from you or your child
Nothing. The app does not send us:
a first name, last name, or nickname
an email address, phone number, or postal address
a date of birth (the birth month and year in the profile stay on the phone only; see section 4)
photos, audio recordings, or video
location
contacts
an advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA) or any device hardware identifier (IMEI, MAC, serial number, and the like)
The app has no concept of an account. There is no sign-in screen and no password.
3. What the app exchanges with our server
The app downloads game content from our server — images, sounds, scenes, and characters.
These requests carry no identity. No identifying header, no cookie, and nothing that identifies a user is sent with them; each request simply asks for a piece of content. Our server cannot tell which child opened which item.
There is no record on our server that is tied to a person — no user, no profile, no play history. It holds only the game content.
4. What is stored on the phone
For the app to work, some information is kept in the phone’s own storage:
The child’s profile: the chosen character, the child’s birth month and year (or simply “6 years and older”; used to match each game’s difficulty to the child’s age), game settings, and in-game progress (for example, the shapes earned in the Shape Sorter game). A child’s name is never requested and never stored, and the day of birth is not asked for.
Play history: which game was played and when, how long it lasted, whether it was finished, and a few in-game numbers (for example, how many moves were made). This is what the progress screen in the parents’ area shows. It contains no free text and no identifier.
Parent settings: difficulty levels and preferences.
A random number generated by the app itself. This is not an advertising identifier, has nothing to do with the device hardware, and is used inside the app to tell profiles apart.
Downloaded game content: images, sounds, and game lists from our server are kept on the phone so that games can also be opened without an internet connection. This content is the same for everyone and contains no information about your child.
This information never leaves the phone. It is not sent to us, and the app also switches off its inclusion in the operating system’s cloud backup and in device-to-device transfer.
This has a consequence, and we say it plainly: if you change phones or uninstall the app, the play history does not come back. A profile can be set up again in under a minute; what is lost is the history.
5. How long it is kept
Play history is kept on the phone for at most 12 months. Each time the app starts, it automatically deletes records older than that. You do not need to do anything for this to happen.
Profiles and settings stay on the phone until you delete them or uninstall the app. Downloaded game content is also removed from the phone when the app is uninstalled.
6. Advertising and third parties
The app contains no advertising.
It does not use an advertising identifier and does not request that permission.
It uses no third-party software for analytics, crash reporting, or marketing.
When the app opens or runs, it connects to no address other than our own server. The typeface ships inside the app. Game content (images and sounds) is downloaded only from our own server; nothing is fetched from any other address, such as a font service or a content delivery network.
7. Technical logs on our server
Like any web server, our content server keeps a technical access log — which file was requested and when. In that log:
The IP address is masked. The final portion of the address, the part that would point to you, is set to zero before the entry is written.
Entries are kept for at most 15 days and are then deleted automatically.
These entries cannot be linked to a profile, a child, or a play history, because no such record exists on the server in the first place.
One exception: when a fault occurs, the server software’s error log may record a full IP address. The format of that log is fixed by the server software and cannot be changed by us; these entries are used only to diagnose the fault and are deleted at the end of that same period.
8. As an app made for children
Hoyki Toyki is designed for preschool and early primary-school children.
We do not collect personal information from children, so we do not ask a parent for consent to collect any. The parents’ area sits behind a simple parental gate so that a child does not wander into it. That gate is not a consent mechanism; it is friction that keeps settings and outbound links from being opened by a child by accident.
The app has no feature that lets children message one another, share content, or communicate with other users in any way.
9. Deleting data, and your rights
Because your child’s data lives on the phone, deleting it is entirely in your hands:
Deleting a profile also deletes that profile’s play history. You can delete the last remaining profile as well; when you do, no profile is left on the device and the app starts again from the welcome screen. Uninstalling the app also erases everything stored on the phone.
Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on the phone. Because this data is not included in the operating system’s cloud backup, it does not come back if you reinstall.
Since we hold no record of you or your child on our server, there is no deletion, access, or correction request for you to send us. You are still welcome to write to info@iykivar.com with any question.
10. Where data is held
Our content server is hosted in Finland (within the European Union). Only game content comes from it; no personal data goes to it.
11. If this policy changes
If we update this policy, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of the page. If a change affects how the app handles data — for example, if any form of measurement were added in the future — we will also announce it inside the app, and we will not apply it retroactively. New behaviour takes effect only from the moment it is announced.
12. This website (hoykitoyki.com)
This section is about the website you are reading now, not the app. Everything above about the app still applies unchanged; the app does not do this counting.
The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser that identifies you. Fonts, images, sounds and scripts all come from our own server; the site connects to no third party. There are no ads, no social media plug-ins and no outside measurement tools.
To understand which parts of the site people find useful, we keep an anonymous count. The home page sends our own server short notes such as “a visit started”, “the section on how we think was seen”, “the lamp scene was played” and “this many seconds were spent in each section”. With the visit note, only three coarse facts are sent: the kind of screen (phone, tablet or computer), the kind of place the visit came from (a search engine, social media, direct, or another site — not the address of that page), and the browser’s language (Turkish, English or other).
These notes are written to a separate log without an IP address, browser details or any identifier, and they are not linked to one another: nothing ties two notes from the same visit together. We do not know who visited; we only count, in total, how often each part was looked at.
If your browser has “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control switched on, no notes are sent at all.
Count records are kept for at most 12 months and are then deleted automatically. The technical access log of the server that delivers the site’s pages works as described in section 7: the IP address is masked and entries are kept for at most 15 days.
